SSC CGL examination syllabus

SSC CGL (Combined Graduate Level) is conducted in two tiers – Tier I (qualifying, common for all posts) and Tier II (final merit). Both are computer-based.

Negative marking of 0.50 mark per wrong answer. Tier I is qualifying and not counted in final merit.

Tier II Exam Pattern

Tier II has three papers. Paper I is compulsory for all posts; Paper II (Junior Statistical Officer) and Paper III (Assistant Audit/Accounts Officer – Finance & Economics) are post-specific.
