AP government approves 'AP FIRST' research centre in Tirupati

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu approved setting up the AP Futuristic Innovation and Research in Science and Technology (AP FIRST) centre in Tirupati, to be built through IIT Tirupati and IISER Tirupati, focusing on aerospace, defence, AI, semiconductors and other emerging technologies.
