Cabinet raises Dearness Allowance and Dearness Relief to 63%

The Union Cabinet approved a 3 percentage-point increase in Dearness Allowance for Central Government employees and Dearness Relief for pensioners, raising the rate from 60% to 63% with effect from 1 July 2026.
